profile steveWith my background being in CAD/CAM programming in aerospace and currently in Motorsport, I am used to the need for high quality and delivering what the customer needs. When I began teaching Kitesurfing back in 2001, it was obvious to me that the same principles could be applied to my lessons. This approach has formed the basis for the ongoing development of the business and resulted in a service that I am proud to provide for you.

I feel it's important that anyone teaching this sport has a good level themselves and has kited in a wide variety of locations and conditions. To support this view I spend as much time Kitesurfing as the weather and other commitments allows in order to maintain both a high personal level and to continually improve the tuition I provide.

Off the water I have a keen interest in motorcycles and have owned many different bikes over the years. Current bike of choice is a Kawasaki 1000 which is the absolute nuts!

Other passions are snowboarding and mountain biking. I love to push myself to the limits on the 2012 olympic mountain bike course at hadleigh, with friends snowboarding in the Italian Alps or even a spot of snow kiting in the UK when we get our customary 3" snowfall.

I have spent 8 years as an IKO Kitesurfing Examiner, which allowed me to travel all over the world to train future kitesurf instructors. This has helped advance my skills in a variety of areas with quite different conditions around the world presenting many challenges not to mention dealing with people who don't have English as their first language.

Anyway, that's enough about me, now its your turn, so get yourself booked on a course and get involved in Kitesurfing, the most amazing accessible extreme sport around.
